"Geo-blocking concerns"
Your catalog needs more frequent updates. Too many titles are region-locked and require a VPN to watch. Please simplify access and remove these unnecessary barriers. It is frustrating to pay for a service but still face geo-restrictions on popular content.

"Quick help without any worries"
I was a little nervous when I couldn’t log into my account, but support handled it really smoothly. They fixed the issue in just a few minutes and didn’t make me feel unsure about anything. Really appreciated the quick and careful help.

"Account Sharing Change Was a Little Annoying, but Fine"
I’ll admit I was annoyed at first when the account sharing rules changed. It felt like a hassle, but after setting up my own account, it wasn’t a big deal. My watch list transferred over without any problems, and streaming has been solid. The best part is my profile doesn’t get messed up by other people anymore. It wasn’t a perfect change, but it ended up being fair enough, and I still use Netflix almost every night. 5 stars from me.

"Netflix has been one of the few…"
Netflix has been one of the few things that doesn’t make my life harder. It loads fast on my Wi-Fi and almost never buffers, which is a relief because I feel like I’m usually the one dealing with tech issues when everyone else is streaming just fine. Even at night when the whole house is watching stuff, it stays reliable.
"Straightforward billing, but I’ll leave if that changes"
I’ve been using Netflix for a while, and the billing has been painless. The plan price is clear, I can easily see when my next payment is coming out, and when the price changed, they actually let me know ahead of time instead of springing it on me after. Changing or cancelling a plan isn’t buried somewhere impossible to find either, which I appreciate because plenty of sites make that way harder than it needs to be. So far, Netflix has been upfront with charges for me, but if they ever start playing games with hidden fees or making cancellation a hassle, I’d have no problem leaving

"It’s a good price for…"
It’s a good price for access to so many shows . I’ve been happy with it so far .

"I really like that everyone in…"
I really like that everyone in my house gets their own profile. It sounds like a small thing, but my recommendations are actually for stuff I watch, not random kid shows or whatever else. The kids stuff stays separate too, which is nice because it makes Netflix feel less all over the place and more like, mine I guess. Happy with it overall...
"Netflix originals are honestly great"
I’ve found that Netflix originals are usually really good. There’s almost always something around that’s worth watching, whether I’m in the mood for a series or just something quick

"Super Easy to Find Shows"
I like how quick it is to find something to watch. You don’t have to dig around or get confused trying to figure out where everything is.

"Great for watching foreign shows"
I watch a ton of foreign shows on here, like dramas, thrillers, random documentaries, cooking shows, crime series, basically whatever I’m in the mood for, and the subtitles are usually really clear. I don’t find myself pausing every few minutes or rewinding because something didn’t make sense, which happens on some other apps. The dubbing is solid too. It’s not perfect every single time, like sometimes a voice feels a little off or the timing is slightly weird, but overall it’s way better than a lot of apps I’ve tried. I’ve used services where the subtitles are awkward, the dubbing sounds robotic, or the translations feel super messy, and this one has been much easier to watch.

"I switched to the cheaper Netflix…"
I switched to the cheaper Netflix plan with ads because the regular price was starting to feel a bit much. Most of the time it works just fine, and the app is still easy to use like I remember. I tend to forget about the ads when I’m just browsing or between episodes, but then one pops up right in the middle of a scene and I’m like, oh yeah, this is why it’s cheaper. They’re not awful, just kind of mood-breaking. I also didn’t realize some movies wouldn’t be included on this plan, which was a little annoying. For saving money, it’s decent enough, so I’ll probably keep it for now. But if the ads get more frequent, I might rethink it

"Good for Kids, but the Controls Could Be Better"
We use Netflix mostly for the kids, and overall it works fine. They’ve found plenty of cartoons and shows they like, so from that side it’s been useful. The parental controls do help, but in my experience they’re not perfect, every now and then something pops up that I’d rather they not watch. I also found the setup a little more confusing than it needed to be. It’s not a bad option for families, just one of those things that feels like it could be a lot smoother.

"Still worth it, but I’m keeping an eye on it"
For what I’m paying, Netflix is still decent. I can usually find something to watch, and the app works fine most of the time. That said, some months definitely feel a little thin, and the price hikes make me wonder what exactly I’m paying extra for. I’m slightly suspicious they’re testing how much people will tolerate, but for now, I’m still keeping it.

"Could Be Better"
My experience was just okay. What bothered me most was getting inconsistent answers depending on who I talked to, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could be better.

"I do like that Netflix usually drops episodes…"
I do like that Netflix usually drops episodes when they say they will, which is nice because I don’t have to keep checking around or guessing. I’m still a little confused sometimes about what’s new versus what I already watched, but overall it’s easy to keep up with new releases. And when a whole season is there, it’s just nice to watch whenever I feel like it
"Always something to watch"
I keep coming back to Netflix because there’s usually something that fits whatever mood I’m in. Some nights I’ll end up watching a crime documentary, then the next night it’s a Korean series or an older movie I’ve already seen but still love.
Not everything is my thing, but there’s enough variety that I hardly ever feel like I can’t find something. The kids section is also really handy when family comes over, and I’ve even recommended it to a friend who was looking for more options to watch at home.

"Still really enjoying it"
Yeah, a few of the removals are a little disappointing, but the app is still great overall. I’m still using it and feel like it’s worth keeping around.

"I downloaded a few shows before…"
I downloaded a few shows before my trip and watched them on the plane without any issues. i was expecting at least a little buffering or something weird to happen, but no, everything played smoothly. The app could maybe be a tiny bit clearer in showing downloads, but that’s really not a big deal. Overall, it did exactly what I needed

"I use Netflix on my smart TV…"
I use Netflix on my smart TV, phone, tablet, and sometimes even my old laptop, and it works smoothly on all of them. I really like that I can start a show on the TV and then pick it back up later on my phone without having to figure anything out. After a long day when I’m mentally drained, it’s nice not having to deal with setup or glitches. The app has crashed once or twice, but nothing major. Overall, it’s just convenient and easy.
